Financial Products Consulting and Training (FPCT) - Policy on Booking Training Course, Payment, and Cancellation


Course Booking Process:

  • Customers can book training courses through the website or by contacting customer support.

  • Course availability, dates, times, and pricing information are displayed on the website.

  • Accurate and up-to-date personal information is required during the booking process.


Payment Process:

  • Payment for training courses can be made on the website using credit cards, debit cards, or other online payment options.

  • The total course fee, including taxes and additional charges, is clearly displayed during booking.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a seat.


Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Customers can cancel their booking through the website or by contacting customer support.

Different cancellation fees apply based on the timing:

  • More than 14 days before the course start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Between 7 and 14 days before the course start date: 50% refund.

  • Within 7 days of the course start date: No refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.

  • Course materials must be returned in their original condition for cancellations.

  • If the training course is cancelled by, a full refund is provided, or customers can transfer their booking to a future course without additional charges.



  • Customers can request to reschedule their training course, subject to availability.

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days before the original course start date.

  • No additional charges apply for approved rescheduling, but multiple reschedules may incur an administrative fee.



If a customer fails to attend a training course without prior cancellation or rescheduling, no refund is provided, and the course fee is forfeited.


Course Changes:

  • reserves the right to make changes to the course content, dates, times, venue, or trainer.

  • Customers are notified of significant changes and provided with suitable alternatives or refund options if applicable.


Liability: is not liable for any costs, damages, or losses incurred by customers due to course cancellations, changes, or rescheduling, including travel and accommodation expenses.


By booking a training course, customers acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of the policy. It is their responsibility to review and understand the policy before proceeding with the booking.
